We want you to be completely satisfied with your seating experience; therefore, we offer a 30-day trial period on all ergonomic chairs. If you are not satisfied, you can return your chair in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Disassemble and Pack

  Carefully disassemble your chair and place all components into the original shipping box to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
